PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our warehouse process and ships out all orders Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, processing may take 1-2 business days before shipment is initiated.

US orders are shipped through a US Postal Service product. 

International orders may take 8-15 business days from the shipment to be delivered depending upon where you live.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the number of products within your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 2-3 business days apart.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Our warehouse staff works quickly, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP hello@easy-comfort.com with your FULL NAME & ORDER # so we can try to catch your package before it is fully processed for shipping. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
